Background

Michael Williams founded A Continuous Lean in 2007. It started as a blog but as it continued to find interest and success from his audience he transitioned it to a newsletter. His writing has also appeared in GQ, Men’s Journal, GOLF, and Men’s Health among others.

Free

A free subscription to A Continuous Lean will get you only occasional public posts. We looked into the archive and it seems that you can expect an issue to hit your inbox around once a month. If you’re interested in the content, we suggest you go paid.

Paid

The paid subscription to A Continuous Lean costs $8/month. As a paying member, you can expect to receive an issue around two to three times a week. The author focuses on quality rather than quantity, so don’t expect it to be very regular though. You will get lots of different types of content though. Members receive SIGNALS, a round-up of thoughts on style and internet links from the week, as well as get access to the Central Division podcast, a weekly talk co-hosted with The Contender’s writer David Coggins for more ACL in audio form.
