A talk show about the passion economy.

Means of Creation is a talk show and a newsletter that aims to be the most valuable resource for creators, founders, and investors in the passion economy. The authors have a weekly live zoom call which is later published to a youtube channel, podcast platforms, and edited for a newsletter format. Li Jin and Nathan Baschez talk about how the work is changing, how the internet culture works, and how the future of journalism looks like.
Learn about the world of creators and get a weekly news roundup on platforms, startups, and trends with a link to live Zoom calls.

Free

The newsletter is part of the Every - a writer collective that offers a variety of business/productivity newsletters as a bundle. By subscribing to a free version you are supposed to receive only occasional public posts but to be more precise, every other conversation is being distributed for free. You can expect to receive something once a week. The free version also gives you the weekly Sunday Digest with summaries and links to all the content from the bundle, that was published throughout the week.

If you wish to silence some of the newsletters you can always change preferences on your account page (a link is being sent with every issue). You can opt-out from everything except Means of Creation, or - you can go all in and decide later!

Paid

The paid subscription of Every bundle costs $20 (or $1 for 30 days trial and then $200 per year) and gives you access to the most in-depth articles from a variety of other business/productivity newsletters.

Paid subscribers will receive an issue of Means of Creation two times a week, usually Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will get subscriber-only posts (one additional content piece per week), a full archive, and a possibility to post comments and join the community.
